Fast shipping, great, subtle flavor. My issue is that when storing the disposable, the liquid would leak out. Nearly half of my liquid spilled out, causing it to last for a short amount of time. I reached out to customer service and was surprisingly told that they’d send me a new one, due to first one being faulty, no tracking number or anything sent. Over a week has went back so I reached back out to check on the status of my order, I was then told it was shipped and delivered and thennn I was provided a tracking number. I have never had problems with getting things delivered, nor did I have an issue with it when I initially ordered this item- so why all of a sudden? After reaching back out to customer service about this, I received no response. I greatly appreciated that they were sending me a new one, but found it weird that it never got to me and customer service stopped responding.. could have just apologized for the faulty disposable if they didn’t actually want to send me a new one.
